IT has evolved from being a service provider to being a primary driver of business transformation and innovation.

Business executives expect the IT organization to help differentiate the company from competitors and build market share. To do this, IT leaders must be able to leverage new technologies, deliver advanced solutions and managed extremely complex, hybrid environments.

How will IT meet the challenge? The ability to transform IT rests on three foundational pillars (talent, business alignment and structure). If even one of these pillars is weak, IT cannot transform and innovate.
